General Criteria
The mission of the TNBA Hall of Fame is:

To honor those members who have demonstrated excellence in furthering the growth, reputation, and character of TNBA and the sport of bowling in such areas as administration, achievement, and sponsorship. Nominees may be living or deceased.

Instruction
Completed Nomination Forms must be submitted directly to the Hall of Fame Chairperson (see below). Only nominations submitted on the official Nomination Form will be accepted for review. Please print or type all answers and complete the nomination form in its entirety. The completed form is the primary tool used to determine the merits of each nominee for induction into the TNBA Hall of Fame. Supplementary information in support of a nomination (articles, speeches, letters, etc.) may be submitted. These materials are often helpful; however, all materials sent become the property of TNBA and will not be returned.

This nomination kit includes everything you need to submit a nomination in Superior Performance, Meritorious Service, or Sponsorship.

A Nomination Form listing the candidate’s personal information, nominator’s name, address, and a request for verification signatures.

A Superior Performance, Meritorious Service, and Sponsorship Fact Sheet, which lists, in boldface, categories for which information must be provided. Do not use abbreviations (acronyms) for organizational names other than those listed.

Nomination fact sheet(s) must be verified as accurate by both the nominator and nominee, unless deceased. If deceased, it is recommended information be verified by a family member, the individual’s senate, or by someone familiar with his/her career.

In Superior Performance, list scratch (actual) titles only. Do not include titles won in handicap competition.
