Hello TNBA Members and Friends!

 The Junior Program and Scholarship Program (JP&SP) recently completed our second successful scholarship fundraising cruise.   We would like to thank everyone who participated, we had over 80 TNBA members, family and friends joining us on this cruise.  A special “thank you” goes out to the TNBA team who put it all together; Queen Gwen Amie, Queen Pauline Davis and DTS Midway Vacations owner, Paula Dozier, Sr.  Please enjoy the pictorial videos that highlighted our cruise.  Thanks Queen Rosie, King Henry and King Uncle Mel for providing the excellent pictures.

Our third scholarship fundraising cruise will sail in 2017.  We will publicise all information as soon as the details are finalized.  Start saving now to support or 2017 scholarship efforts!

Day 1, Saturday, 9-27-2015:  Boarding Royal Caribbean’s Adventure of the Seas

 

 

Day 2,  Sunday, 9-28-2015:  Visiting Saint Croix, largest of the US Virgin Islands.

 

Day 3, Monday, 9-28-2015:  Visiting St. Maarten, the smallest landmass in the world governed by two nations; the Netherlands and France

 

Day 4, Tuesday,  9-29-2015:  Visiting Antigua.  With 365 beaches, the twin islands of Antigua & Barbuda is known as the cruising capital of the Caribbean

 

Day 5, 9-30-2015:  Wednesday, we visited St Lucia;  iconic Piton Mountains, lush rainforest and palm-fringed beaches

 

Day 6, 10-01-2015:Thursday, we visited Barbados, home to the Green Monkey, Turtle Bay and Harrison’s Cave.

 

Day 7, 10-02-2015:  @Friday was the ship’s Day at Sea as we headed back to San Juan, Puerto Rico. This was our opportunity to practice our motto of Sportsmanship, Fellowship & Friendship with our TNBA family at our “All White” affair.

 

 

Our 2015-2016 Queen Amie (Queen Gwen Amie for Las Vegas, NV) wasn’t the only Royalty aboard the Adventure of the Seas cruise ship.  In addition to her and the eight other prior years TNBA kings and queens that sailed on this cruise, we were graced with Queens of the Virgin Islands.  These ladies, sponsored by women’s empowerment group, Travel in Style, act as ambassadors to the Virgin Islands.
